Phone case with flowers

Flowers make you happy. With this creation, you carry them with you all day long.

This is what you need:

• Transparent phone case

• Heavy book

• Kitchen roll

• Flower to dry

How you make it

1. Choose which flowers you want to dry. In

2. Open the book and place pieces of kitchen roll on both pages.

3. Place the flowers in between and close the book; you can even place a heavy object on top to ensure that the flowers are really getting flattened.

4. Wait for at least one to two weeks, till the flowers are well flattened and completely dry.

5. Place the flowers on the phone case and fixate them with strong glue. Let it dry properly.

6. Put your phone in the case and presto, you created a design that is made to last!

This is what you need:

• Self-drying clay

• Dried flowers

• Pair of scissors

How you make it

1. Pick your favourite dried flowers, or dry them yourself by following

   this DIY

2. Take pieces of clay and mould them into nice looking shapes. You can make a cone, a cylinder, a cube: create what you like best.

3. Cut the stems of the dried flowers in different lengths and stick them into the clay shapes - deep enough, so they can stand and are stable.

4. Dry the clay according to the instructions on the packaging, and put your creation somewhere in your home for all to see!

Create you down set of vases using old packagings

Upcycle materials by creating a set of vases.

This is what you need:

• Old packagings like pots or jars

• Pastel coloured paint or other colours you like

• Brush

• Flowers

• Floral cutters

This is how you make it

1. Pick old packagings that you’d like to use. Tip: place them together first to see if they go well together.

2. Degrease the materials by cleaning them properly. Make sure to also clean the inside well, to have your flowers be able to blossom fully.

3. Paint the outside of the packagings and dry them well.

4. Fill the vases to ⅓ with water and cut a bit of all the stems in a diagonal angle. Remove the excess leaves.

5. Mix and match the stems by creating a playful composition (asymmetrical) in the vase. You now have your own, unique set of vases!
