Closely examined
You don't become a B Corp™ overnight. To obtain the B Corp certification, our entire operations were scrutinised and tested in areas of environment, social policy, customer service and good governance. Points are earned for each area. A minimum of 80 is needed for the label and we achieved 106.5 points. A score we are very proud of.
Work to be done
Of course, we are now in a celebratory mood, but we are also looking ahead at the work still to be done. The B Corp certification does not only give us insight into what we are doing well, but also the areas where we can improve. Which gives us a clear direction to continue growing and improving our company's impact. A B Corp certification also helps to show the outside world what we are achieving. It allows us to remain transparent in our progress - to you and to other companies. We look forward to sharing both our knowledge and tips, as well as talking about the challenges in our sector together.

How we make an impact
Care for the environment
We're proud that our climate approach is officially audited and certified by Anthesis. We measure the carbon footprint per flower stem to buy flowers with the lowest possible impact. Since 2020, we have had several bouquets in our shop consisting of 100% organic flowers. Together with our organic growers, we are working hard to expand our range of organic bouquets. We also donate to charities such as The Pollinators, which champions biodiversity, among other causes.
Thriving Society
We strive to make an impact both locally and internationally. Working with our growers in less developed countries to create quality jobs, helping fight poverty.
Customer Care
We direct a lot of our efforts towards customer care. We also donate to the 'With Your Heart' charity, donating leftover bouquets to groups of people who suffer from loneliness.
Employee Care
We have introduced policies to ensure that our entire team is treated equally. We also offer good financial security, extensive learning opportunities and training, strong workplace flexibility and extra days off to be taken.
Good governance
We have officially amended our articles of association. As part of Bloom & Wild Group, we are not only aiming for financial gain, but also for human and environmental gain.
