How can I stop my subscription?

If you don't wish to have a subscription anymore, you can cancel your subscription. You do this by logging in and going to "Purchases". Click on "manage subscription" for the subscription you want to cancel and go to the third tab "subscription details". Scroll to the bottom, you'll see the option "Pause/Cancel".

Be mindful that a cancelled subscription cannot be started again! Note that if your next delivery is already being prepared for you, a last bouquet will be delivered. To avoid this, please be mindful of our deadlines:

• Friday delivery: deadline is Sunday before 11.59 p.m.
