Your friend will receive a £10 discount when they place their first order in the floral shop. Every time a friend you have referred places a first order with us, you will receive a credit of £10.

How do I redeem my credit?

When a friend you have referred via the friend referral program places their first order in the floral shop, you will receive an e-mail in which you will be informed about your new credit. Click on the link in the email to go to your bloomon account. The credit will be visible there.

I don't have a bloomon account. How do I receive my credit?

Don't worry, you are still entitled to the credit. When you click on the link in the email, you can easily create an account so that you can use the credit.

Do I have to use the credit right away?

No, you can save and redeem the credit for an order in the floral shop. For example, if five friends place a first order at bloomon thanks to you, you can use the credit of £50 for one bouquet of £50. If someone becomes a subscriber thanks to you, you get the next bouquet of your subscription for free.
