Yes you can! To pause your account indefinitely, log in to your bloomon account and click on ‘My account’ - then the pause account button in the left-side menu. Through www.bloomon.co.uk/giftcard you can redeem your gift card. Simply fill out your giftcode and postcode then enter your shipping address and desired delivery date. Once your registration is complete you will now have a bloomon account so you can easily see your delivery schedule and order information. Once the credit on your gift card is used up, the deliveries will automatically stop. If you wish to receive more flowers, you can add a payment method to your account.
You can give flowers as a gift in two ways. The first way is by creating a personal account for someone in which you can then deactivate the account after your desired number of deliveries. The second way is to buy a gift card for someone. Your payment indicates how many deliveries you would like to give and they will stop when the balance runs out. We deliver to all mainland postcodes in the UK either on a Thursday or Friday between 9:00 and 21:00.
Unfortunately, we are unable offer this option at the moment. You will receive an update from DPD prior to your delivery.
No worries! DPD will always let you know where your flowers have been delivered. You can also give DPD a safe place where they can place your delivery. To edit this use the tracking code DPD will send you prior to your delivery. DPD can also leave your box with neighbours or at a pick up point – otherwise, they will leave a calling card and try to redeliver the following day! Absolutely! Log in to your bloomon account and go to ‘My account’. Go to the tab ‘Address information’ to change your address for the next delivery. Don’t forget to change it back once the flowers have been delivered! Please do note that you can only change your order until Sunday at midnight (23:59) for Thursday deliveries, and Monday at midnight (23:59) for Friday deliveries respectively. bloomon works directly with the grower, cutting days off of the traditional supply chain. What does this mean? It means that our flowers are fresher, delivered to you quicker and therefore last longer! It is important to note however that the longevity of flowers depends largely on how you care for them. When you register with us, you will receive a personalised link that you can share with your friends and family. If they also start a subscription with us using your personal referral link, they will receive a free vase with their first delivery. You will then be rewarded with a free bouquet! Under the heading 'My Account' on your login page you will find the Free Bouquet credits you've saved. The size of the bouquet will be the same as the one saved in your account under 'My bouquet'. Our small vases are 20cm in height, has a diameter of 22cm and the neck is 15cm wide. The medium vase is 30cm in height, has a diameter of 18cm and the neck is 14.5cm wide. As for our large vases, the height comes up to 35cm, the diameter is 22cm and the neck is slightly large at 15.5cm.
