bloomon works as a delivery service for flowers; you pick the size of your bouquet, how frequently you'd like it delivered and the time, then we do the rest of the work! Our flowers come straight from our growers in the Netherlands and so the bouquets arrive at your door faster and fresher. Your deliveries can then be freely and easily altered, paused and reactivated at any time through your online bloomon account.
bloomon delivers flowers on a Wednesday afternoon from 11am to 6pm or in the evening from 6.30pm to 10pm to postcodes within the M25. For customers outside of London, we deliver either on a Thursday or Friday from 9am to 5pm. If you would like to check when we deliver to your area, please enter your postcode on our order page for more information!
No worries! If you are not home and live in London – within the M25 - we will deliver according to your delivery note or to your neighbours. We will always let you know where we delivered your flowers. You can also give us a safe place where we can place your delivery. To edit this and add a delivery note, simply log in to your bloomon account and click on ‘Delivery note’. Our drivers have extra buckets so that the flowers are always kept in water. If you live outside of the M25, we will leave your box with neighbours or at a pick up point – otherwise, we will leave a calling card and try to redeliver the following day! Our flowers come in a box with a special aqua pack to keep the flowers hydrated.
Yes you can! To pause your account indefinitely, log in to your bloomon account and click on ‘My account’ - then the pause account button in the left-side menu. You can also select which weeks you want to skip your flower deliveries by going to ‘My delivery schedule’.
Unfortunately, we are unable offer this option at the moment. Depending on where you live, we either send you a text-message one day before your delivery with a 1 hour time slot, or we send you a track and trace code by email.
bloomon delivers to all mainland areas in the UK. To check whether we deliver to your postcode, please fill in your address on our order page. If we don't currently deliver to your area, we are extremely sorry about that but we do encourage you to check back soon as we are always expanding our delivery areas!
No, our prices are all inclusive which means no nasty surprises! There are no additional costs involved and the prices of our flowers include both VAT and delivery.
bloomon works directly with the grower, cutting days off of the traditional supply chain. What does this mean? It means that our flowers are fresher, delivered to you quicker and therefore last longer! It is important to note however that the longevity of flowers depends largely on how you care for them. More specific tips and information about the flowers can be found on our blog as well as our social media pages. Using these care tips will help you keep your beautiful flowers fresher for longer!
You can contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or simply call us on 020 3322 1989. This can be from 9am-9pm on any business day, and on Wednesdays, we are available from 9am-10pm. It’s our job to help you so don’t be shy!
When you register with us, you will receive a personalised link that you can share with your friends and family. If they also start a subscription with us using your personal referral link, they will receive a free vase with their first delivery. You will then be rewarded with a free bouquet! Under the heading 'My Account' on your login page you will find the Free Bouquet credits you've saved. The size of the bouquet will be the same as the one saved in your account under 'My Size'. Referral links cannot be used in conjunction with other introductory promotions.
